BTCBANG · Economics
BTCBANG mints into the BNBBANG NFT contract and pays out the same BANG. This page settles three things: what is identical to bnbbang.com, what is unique to Bitcoin, and which pool the launch fund comes from and how it is paid.
Mainnet contracts untouched · contract tests 185 passed · 0 failed · 2026-08-22
The five-grade distribution comes from full engine runs on 6,000 real block hashes. The nineteen leading zeros of a Bitcoin hash vanish after keccak —
u_i = keccak256(hash ‖ i) is uniform for any 32 bytes, so the distribution carries over without changing a single number. Only the denominator shrinks from 120 million to 966 thousand: good Bitcoin universes are far fewer.
| Grade | What it is | Share | Bitcoin, existing | BSC, existing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| S | Observers possible | 1.53% | ≈14,800 | 1.79 million |
| A | 3D but dead | 0.62% | ≈6,000 | 720,000 |
| B | Integer dimension (not 3D) | 46.25% | ≈447k | 54.02 million |
| C | Half-integer dimension | 28.55% | ≈276k | 33.35 million |
| D | One dimension or below | 23.05% | ≈223k | 26.92 million |
Rare is not the same as valuable
Bitcoin has only some fourteen thousand grade-S blocks, two orders of magnitude fewer than the bnbbang side, yet both sites share the same 1,707,000 cap — the anchor of value is still the burn, not rarity. A smaller denominator changes the difficulty of the search race, not the pricing.
The four BangToken allowances are constants; the owner has no function that touches the mint allowance, and BangToken recognises exactly one minter. So a new channel can only pass through the existing gates — that is not a compromise, it is the selling point: every BANG that BTCBANG pays out comes from the same 600M mint allowance, under rules identical to bnbbang.com, verifiable on-chain.
| BNBBANG | BTCBANG | |
|---|---|---|
| Singularity | BNB block hash · one every 3 s · 120 million of them | Bitcoin mainnet block hash · one every 10 min · 966 thousand of them |
| NFT contract | MirrorUniverse 0x1661086ee19cc8ef938e98ad9058e74fa870aa78 — the same | |
| Token | BangToken 0xa5306b022f24b920aeafbff9f0dba1a391c4442d — the same | |
| Supply | 1,707,000 universes, one shared counter — the cap closes once both sites together fill it | |
| Free period | First 1,000,000 × 50 BANG, 10 per address — the contract counts per address, not per site: 10 across both sites | |
| Paid period | Fixed 0.01 BNB → NFT + 600 BANG, same for all five grades | |
| Mint requirement | Hash must be a real BSC block (server checks RPC; self-proven on-chain within 256 blocks) | Hash must be a real Bitcoin mainnet block with ≥ 6 confirmations (server checks against Bitcoin nodes; the on-chain verified bit is always false) |
| Market · naming · rescue · crafted | The same contracts; both market pages show both kinds, labelled "₿ #height" / "BNB #height" | |
| Referral rewards | 10% first level / 5% second, the same referral codes across both sites, paid from the 200M referral pool after manual review | |
| New fees | None. BTCBANG adds no cut of any kind; Bitcoin block data comes from public nodes | |
Why verified = false is fine
The contract line blockhash(blockNumber) == blockHash can only see the last 256 BSC blocks; a Bitcoin hash never matches in its eyes — so it merely records verified as false and does not refuse the mint. The real check happens twice: the server compares against a Bitcoin node before signing, and afterwards anyone can take blockNumber
to any Bitcoin explorer, fetch the hash, and see it equals the on-chain blockHash . Verifiability is not discounted — it just happens on a different chain.
A rhythm only BTCBANG has
BSC makes a block every three seconds, so nobody cares about "the latest block"; Bitcoin makes one every ten minutes, and each is an event the whole network witnesses together. It can run as a fixed programme — hourly races, halving countdowns, difficulty-period previews — with every bit of content coming from the chain itself.
Physical grade depends on the hash alone; named-block badges sit on top of the card, each computed from the height or backed by a public source. Badges change neither the ending nor the payout — a halving block still has a 93% chance of blowing up into rubble; what it has more of is story, not physics.
| Badge | Rule | Count | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Genesis | #0 | 1 | 2009-01-03. Opens at an announced time, first come first served; the team and related addresses stay out |
| Halving | #210000 · #420000 · #630000 · #840000 | 4 | The first block after a subsidy halving. Opens at an announced time |
| Difficulty-period first block | h mod 2016 = 0 | ≈480 | Difficulty adjusts every 2016 blocks |
| Named blocks | #1 · #170 · #57043 · #74638 · #481824 · #709632 | 6 | First mined block · first transaction (Satoshi → Hal Finney) · the pizza · the value-overflow incident · SegWit activation · Taproot activation. A curated list, open to additions |

Source decided (2026-09-09): the on-chain BangPromo treasury (currently labelled "exchange listing fees", 100M), capped at 21,000,000 BANG (21% of that pool). Every grant goes through grant(to, amount, reason) with a reason starting btcbang: , leaving an on-chain trail; sybils (self-referrals, bulk wallets, farmed volume) get nothing.
The contract cannot force it to happen, so this section can honestly only be an operating promise.
How it is paid: reviewed once a week. The server derives the payout list from mint records (minter address × first-mint order / badges); after sybils are removed by hand the owner calls grant to pay; the bar below reads the server ledger and shows granted / budget live. Each universe is paid once, at its highest badge tier; the first-mint bonus stacks on top.
| Item | Reward | Cap |
|---|---|---|
| First-mint bonus | +210 BANG for each of the first 2,100 BTC universes minted on bang.satloot.com | 441,000 |
| Difficulty-period first block | +21,000 BANG each | ≈ 480 blocks · 10,080,000 |
| Named blocks (6 curated) | +210,000 BANG each | 1,260,000 |
| Halving blocks × 4 | +1,050,000 BANG each | 4,200,000 |
| Genesis block #0 | +2,100,000 BANG | 2,100,000 |
| Total | About 18.08M, leaving 2.92M for later campaigns | 21,000,000 |

① Yes; ② a 21,000,000 BANG budget (21% of the Promo treasury); ③ paid from the Promo treasury, leaving the 200M referral pool untouched. Both economics pages disclose it accordingly: the token table on bnbbang.com now notes the allocation — in a product sold on on-chain verifiability, quietly moving funds between pools is the most damaging mistake possible.
BANG has only two sources
What minting pays out, and what you buy on the secondary market. The contract has no token-sale entry point, and BTCBANG does not open one either — a fixed-price token sale would be a second road into the mint allowance.
At deployment not a single token existed; totalSupply starts from zero. The four allowances cannot borrow from each other: separate counters, separate checks. BTCBANG changes no cell of this table.
| Slice | Count | Rules | Used by BTCBANG? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mint rewards | 600 million | Issuable only by the NFT contract when a real mint happens; the owner has no function that can touch it | Yes — every BTC universe's 50 / 600 BANG comes from here |
| Referral rewards | 200 million | 10% first level, 5% second, paid after manual review | Yes — the same referral codes, valid across both sites |
| Team | 100 million | Sent once into the vesting contract, unlocking linearly over 24 months | No |
| Exchange listing fees | 100 million | Sent once into the treasury contract; every grant carries its reason on-chain | Yes — the launch fund comes from here, capped at 21M (21% of the pool) |
universes can be computed in advance — detonating is free, so anyone can scan all 966 thousand Bitcoin blocks and mint only the good ones. This is a search race, not a lottery. The answer is the same as on bnbbang: fixed price, equal payout, so hunting grade S earns no extra tokens; rarity's value lives in the NFT itself. Derivation is open source — recompute it yourself: github.com/q3579338/bnbbang-engine
| Source | Why it is genuinely scarce |
|---|---|
| Early mints | The earliest mints on this site (the first 2,100 under the first-mint bonus) are few, first come first served |
| Blocks with a story | Genesis, four halvings, the pizza, SegWit, Taproot — seventeen years of Bitcoin history sit on-chain, and each block has exactly one hash |
| Extreme parameters | The highest dimension or the farthest-drifted constants among 966 thousand blocks. Confirming it means scanning the whole chain — and this chain can actually be scanned |
| Rescued universes | Scarcity comes from burned tokens, not from blocks. Blocks are unlimited; tokens are not |
The fourth row is still the product's centre of gravity: rescueOf, burnedOn, totalBurned are all readable on-chain, with BTC and BNB universes kept in the same ledger.
| Source | Scale | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| BNB mints | 100% | A fixed 0.01 BNB after the free period, all of it to the operator — the main revenue; both sites pay into the same treasury |
| Crafted mint | 80% | 80% to the treasury, the other 20% burned |
| Market sales | 1% / 5% | 1% on BNB-priced orders, 5% on BANG-priced ones, hard cap 10% written in |
| Name / rename | 0% | 100% burned |
| Intervene / rescue | 0% | Deliberately not skimmed |
| Bitcoin data | 0 | Public nodes (mempool.space / blockstream.info), cached server-side by height, at zero cost |
The paid-period 0.01 BNB is still paid by the wallet. The option is to collect sats over Lightning and relay the mint server-side: a relay wallet pays the 0.01 BNB and calls bangSigned, then transfers the NFT and 600 BANG to the user's BSC address (3 transactions); the quote = (0.01 BNB + 3 × gas) × rate + 5%, about 9,600 sats today. The cost: running a Lightning node, keeping a BNB float in a hot relay wallet, and a small but non-zero custodial exposure per order.
With over 990,000 free mints still left, paid minting has not even begun, so this channel is not urgent.
